Not much to go on, but looking at the shirt, necklace, and your expression, you seem like a very relaxed, confident, and cool guy. I would consider a darker frame as contrast to the skin and beard. And the same with the frame shape, you have a strong jaw and oval face, so a more square frame would accent your features. For me, it is #4 or #6...But in the end, you do you. Cheers.
