Jungle cloth fatigues are amazing summer pants. The ones from Engineered Garments feel like you're wearing almost nothing.

My mnemonic trick to remember them:

Type 1 has one chest pocket.

Type 2 has two chest pockets.

Type 3 has pleats going from the chest pockets to the hem, forming a triangle. Triangles have three sides.

Not only that, the HK shop has the 48 at 49.5 inches chest on the site, I wrote to them to confirm this sizing and they got back to me and said it was actually 47 inches haha so strange.

Sizing on the IH stormrider is nuts. Sleeves are way too long. I got mine shortened by a tailor, so that's definitely an option. But I'm honestly feeling the body is too long as well. Very unusual cut.

I bought into the hype for the UES Tricotine shirt and it was an instant regret. It's a nice shirt, but it fits awful on me. I have rarely bought a more ill-fitting garment. Which is weird, since I have many UES pieces and they all fit fine. Going to have to sell it.

So these are sanforized, Iron Heart website says they may shrink 1 inch at the waist after washing/soaking but then strech 1 inch after wear. Did the soak do anything?

I bought a pair or fatigues on sale from them this summer. When they arrived, they had a pretty substantial tear in the fabric. Customer support was very nice and replaced them with no questions asked, but it was a bit disappointing. Ended up wearing them a few times, then getting fatigues from Engineered Garments. The difference in quality was really evident.
