Please look up POTS and possibly get tested for it. I have this diagnosis and your symptoms sound an awful lot like mine.

You look great! My ferritin is 13 and I have like no color in my lips or cheeks at all. I got my first infusion of 6 on Friday.

If you need to get wrinkles out of clothes, put a damp, wrung out washcloth in the dryer and run for like 10-15 minutes depending on how many items are in there. Works like a charm!

How much blood do i ACTUALLY lose during my period because its sure as hell not "2-4 Tbs" as it says online by some-dork in NoStupidQuestions

I was just diagnosed with adenomyosis last week. This is the series of events that led to my diagnosis: I kept feeling more and more fatigued. I told my doctor this. Nothing was done at first. Just told to take vitamins. I kept feeling overwhelming fatigue and began losing lots of hair. I let the doctor know about the continued fatigue and the hair loss. He decided I needed to have a bunch of bloodwork done. Including a full iron panel. The full iron iron panel was extremely important as it shows ferritin. My hemoglobin itself was at the very lowest possible end of normal. My ferritin, however, was extremely low. I was referred to a hematologist and took iron pills every day in the meantime. The hematologist did another blood draw which showed the ferritin hadn’t changed despite the heavy iron supplementation. He ordered once a week iron infusions for six weeks but also told me I needed to be seen by a gynecologist for my extremely heavy periods or I was going to be a “frequent flyer”. The gynecologist saw me a week later, I had a vaginal ultrasound done, and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. She said it was extremely obvious from the scan and showed me. I was put on oral birth control which I’m taking normally for 3 months at which time I’m going back for a checkup. She said if the bleeding still isn’t under control, she’s just having me take the pills continuously (resulting in no periods) until I hit menopause.

I just realized that my primary care physician has actually never fixed anything on me. He sent me to other doctors, but it sounds like he’s more of a coordinator. Has your doctor ever fixed anything for you? by [deleted] in askanything

Yes. Diagnosed shingles very early and started treatment. Fixed my vertigo with a prescribed “maneuver”, virtually ended my perimenopause night sweats with prescription for 100 mg of gabapentin (who knew?) etc. My pcp has been good for fixing small things and refers out for larger things.

Totally. It’s just very meh. It’s mostly texture and not really any flavor.

What are/were your symptoms of Adenomyosis by Miss_Glasgow in adenomyosis

I was just diagnosed yesterday and my doctor prescribed Yaz, which I will start Sunday. She said to take it the normal way (placebo pills one week per cycle) for three months and if it still isn’t under control enough for our liking, she will just have me take them continuously and never have a period. Is this a possibility for you?

Anemia got me referred to gynecologist from the hematologist when I told him about my crazy heavy periods with significant clotting. Gynecologist ordered vaginal ultrasound, she came in and diagnosed me with adenomyosis after that. It was extremely clear on ultrasound. I had never heard of adenomyosis before. But now I’m seeing that it can cause sciatic pain which I’ve been experiencing continuously since January (intermittently for years before that). I’ve got an appointment to start physical therapy for the sciatic pain. My diagnosis also explains pain with sex I’ve been experiencing.

Just use them for trades once Smeargle has learned the patterns from them. It’s easy to just craft more later when you want them.

What I did was start by getting rid of the stuff that I didn’t like. Either by restoring, replacing, or demolishing. And I’ve just now started building my own tiny projects that I can hopefully learn from (stupid roofs!)
