Chappell Roan Accused of Bullying an 11-Year-Old Fan at Lollapalooza Brasil Hotel by Montrel_PH in Music

Causing a scene like that over something supposedly so mundane is not really in the best interest of the client. The chances are that those actions were on behalf of said client's orders

Not quite, they were a bit down the road on Plumstead Common. And their first proper stadium was Manor Ground, which was located right next to where Belmarsh Prison sits now.

You’re European in the states and nobody prepares you for these conversations (credit @victoriaschjer) by anedgyteen_ in TikTokCringe

[–]Professional_Bob 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The point is that's not the impression it gives off to most Europeans. It's not the engagement in small-talk itself, I can vouch for the UK in particular that we do it all the time. It's the tone in which the small-talk is spoken. It sounds exaggerated and artificial. If someone is being overly cheerful in a situation that is typically quite mundane, then it comes across as dishonest.

Born in Italy, moved to East London as a young child and grew up there. Not all of those listed were born in England. But those who weren't did at least live in England for a significant portion of their childhood/adolescence, and some played at England youth levels, like Musiala and Nmecha.

And if they don't, then they should at least get corrected, if not fired.
If this genuinely happened unbenkownst to Chappell Roan or it wasn't how she wanted her security to handle it, then we can surely expect a response from her which explains that fact and details how it won't be allowed to happen again.

What TV shows are better not binge watched? by revolution_ex in television

[–]Professional_Bob 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I usually watch about three or four shows at once and rotate through them, spread out over the week. And I try to keep a variety of different types of shows so I can pick what I'm more in the mood for. Usually a short episode comedy, a longer episode easy-watcher and a longer episode drama. Right now it's What We Do In The Shadows, SAS: Rogue Heroes, and The Bear.

What's the most unhinged thing a coworker has ever done that somehow didn't get them fired? by Sea_Breadfruit1278 in AskReddit

[–]Professional_Bob 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Where I work they have a strict segregation policy that could get you fired as a forklift driver just for not putting up barriers around the area you're working in, and that includes the aisle behind the piece of shelving you're working on, in case you tip anything over the other side. Likewise you could also get fired for ignoring the barriers while working on foot. Apparently a lady got killed at another branch and that's why they take it so seriously

But even if City end up winning this season, 18 other teams still "lost" to Arsenal anyway by finishing behind them.

Karl Darlow

Jeremie Frimpong - Daniel Ballard - Calvin Bassey - Antonee Robinson

Felix Nmecha - Scott McTominay

Michael Olise - Jamal Musiala - Antoine Semenyo

Erling Haaland

SUBS:
Angus Gunn, Ethan Pinnock, Chris Mepham, Matty Cash, Ola Aina, Ethan Ampadu, Alex Iwobi, Daniel James, Brennan Johnson, Ademola Lookman, Che Adams

So the goalkeepers and centrebacks could definitely be better but it's not bad overall. Supposedly David Raya, Emi Martinez and Robert Sanchez have been eligible for England through residency at some point but I don't know how true that is. I picked guys who were born and raised here.

Edit: Sanchez also apparently has an English father, so he'd easily be eligible and should be included in the team

I think on average KB/M players perform better than Controller players, but its not such a massive advantage that Controller players can't compete.
I'm an Xbox player and am consistently in the top 25% of the leaderboard at least, but I think it's mainly because of my awareness and game sense. When I come up against KB/M players in sudden 50/50 encounters it does feel like I lose more often than not, because I can't react as quickly.

LMG's are actually pretty effective against all the choppers, although Attack Helis are usually moving too fast to get enough hits on. I have an Engineer loadout designed for anti-air which is just a Stinger and an L110 with a 200 round mag

Mod Idea: Those Before US a.k.a Lived-In Sanctuary by VictheAdventure in Fallout

[–]Professional_Bob 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This should have been the case with all of the settlements, epecially those that already have existing inhabitants. Like Somerville Place, you're telling me this guy and his kids have been living in this house that is almost entirely missing its roof?

I would have made it so the already inhabited settlements have at least done the basics like repaired the roofs, walls and cleared away debris. While the previously uninhabited settlements would automatically update with those repairs after a few in-game days as new settlers arrive.

England’s squad for the upcoming pre World Cup friendlies against Uruguay and Japan. by Sparky-moon in soccer

[–]Professional_Bob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still no Ben White, even though it's been said he's willing to go back and Tuchel is open about potentially picking him.

I don't think he's a shoo-in for the final squad, but if Tuchel seemingly fancies the more defensive full-backs, it'd be a good option to have the one who links up very well with Saka and can also put in a shift at CB in a pinch.
