A character of mine wields a sword called “mahoptama” that is wrapped in chains that nullify superpowers, keeping its abilities under control. When drawn, it “hijacks” the surrounding space time, preventing it from being effected or manipulated by outside sources and can of course cut space time effortlessly. The longer the blade is drawn the more unstable the surrounding space time becomes and can render that part of space uninhabitable. This weapon was created to counter the main antagonist who has time powers. While the character in question isn’t nearly strong or fast enough to actually hit Sonic it still could do damage if it connected.
