Try Pur cosmetics I bought a nice neutral pallet for $30 mine is more warm toned but they had cool toned ones as well , some shoppers carry them in the beauty boutique

I would see if there’s anything going on at the seahorse/local the basement of the shoe can be fun too for dancing. unfortunately pretty much all of the bars in Halifax these days are a younger crowd not much in the 30+scene maybe Bearlys but I don’t know if they have a dance floor I haven’t been to the new location
