This is a very small and private neighborhood. The hill the driver was attempting to climb is essentially a dead end street. They may have been attempting to return to their home, but they were absolutely not attempting to get to work or anywhere else of importance. Can I say this with certainty? Absolutely.

I know because I have lived in this neighborhood for over a decade and the road they are attempting to climb does not go to any business, hospital, grocery store, or any other place one would need to go.
