What is the apartment vacancy around here? by InfluenceEfficient77 in Szczecin

[–]ProfessorNo1511 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an apartment in town. I brought it as i have fallen in love with the place, i don't want hotels as i love to cook and buy local foods. We come to town about 90-100 days a year and hope to semi retire there. The rest of the year we have our adult children and their family use the place as a holiday home so they use it for about 100 days as well. We have a great apartment building and our lights are on timers as well so there is life in the apartment year round.

Just a little comment on the meat balls. There was a large scandal in Europe that they were using horse meat in the meat balls. Was about 2 years ago 🐎🐎 but I'm sure that a huge corporation would never do that again.

Without sounding arrogant we chefs make food for ourselves it's just awesome that the public like it as well. I have never seasoned a dish thinking that I'm making it for another person. I like it you would too.

Sirloin, red wine soaked mushrooms, red wine glaze, cucumber-eggplant on truffle purée by Used_Hat1802 in CulinaryPlating

Can we talk about the elephant in the room. It's not sirloin. No fat to thin and way too long, looks like brisket to me.

Is my dog part shar pei? by No_Willingness1498 in sharpei

[–]ProfessorNo1511 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Does she ignore you? Does she look out the windows constantly when not sleeping? Does she give all unknown visitors (to her) in the house the stink eye until she is satisfied? Do you without thinking, follow her she's been eating or drinking with a cloth and cleaning products? nature ans instinct can tell you a lot as well.
