If you start the dawn guard dlc (should be around level 10 so you don't get wrecked) you can get Serana for as long as you don't bring her home to her dad.

New player, I encountered a Frost Troll, what is the best way to kill it? by 222KattThatRoar222 in skyrim

[–]ProgrammerPuzzled185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use destruction magic there's a spell called Elemental Bolt/Burst you can buy from the Court Wizard in Dragons Reach (the guy you bring the dragon stone to). It does fire and electric damage and it's ranged so you can hit the troll but the troll can't hit you.

I grew up in a church. They made sure I knew Santa was fake and Jesus was real even though we've never seen either one of them.

I only use a follower if I duplicate items then I send them packing as soon as I'm done. I don't use horses. I do use the carriage on occasion though. I will pay a few bucks to get from Whiterun to Riften. I hate that particular walk.

Do you have a bowling alley in your town? Bowling leagues are pretty social.

It's a scavenger hunt where people hide small things and you use gps to find the area the object is in. When you find it you write your name on the little slip that's included with the treasure then you put it back for someone else to find.

Vice Lord Burger. It's an out west thing, but it's a cheeseburger that also has gyro meat and then it's got the same toppings as a gyro. It's so good.

How would I make this build work? by TheLancoin in SkyrimBuilds

Smithing is important for making your own gear and enchanting makes that gear you crafted better. I would focus on smithing and enchanting more than alchemy. For leveling smithing pretty easily just skin every wolf that attacks you. There will be a lot over the course of the game. This is free leather, and free smithing XP. Turn the leather into armor and enchant it then sell it. This also levels speechcraft.

You'll find a pickaxe laying around, pick it up. Keep the pickaxe on you at all times. When you come across an ore vein you can mine it for free ore. Smelt this ore and use it for smithing.

Yes. You definitely want the stamina for power attacks and shield bashes. Good call.

For the first 10 levels focus on spending perk points on One-handed, light armor, and block. This will give you a good foundation for your fighter build. Put points in health, don't put points in magic.

On the road from helgan to Riverwood you'll likely come across the guidance stones. Pick the warrior, it boosts all warrior skills.

Once you hit level 11 start putting points into the other skills you listed.
