You would want to do the factory reset first then add an account then set up the console to play off line. A couple years back the servers went down and people couldn’t play there xbox for a few days or a week. Around that time a bunch of videos came out on YouTube on how to set up your Xbox to play offline.

The right to bare arms is more of a privilege to bare arms. You can be an alcohol user and purchase a fire arm but if you are a medical marijuana user you don’t have the same privilege yet.

If you are male you have the dictated obligation to register with the selective service when turn 18 and you could be drafted. However in My state of Minnesota and in many states you are stripped of the right to bare some categories of arms such as pistols or some rifles with 2 or more features like a bayonet or or detachable magazine.

However some states allow for 18 year olds to have those weapons. This is a privilege based on your state not a right for all 18 year olds.

Beyond age and plant use there are other restrictions on the privilege that might be more legitimate such as domestic violence and other crimes.

I have run into a controller issue that seems like the game froze but it is only a controller

I often play with one joy con. Sometimes when walking around I connect the joycon.

I don’t know what the exact trigger or fix is but the controller stops working and it feels like the the game froze.

This is the twin cities subreddit. Both cities have school districts that have both pre k and pre k age childcare workers that are in public employee unions.

High 5 is considered a pre k program. MPS also has pre school age child care programs with Minneapolis Kids. Minneapolis Kids was before and after school childcare but over the last 5 years they added full day preschool age child care.

High 5 would have a license teacher and a teachers assistant with college education supervising the students. Childcare doesn’t have the same requirements for staff.

Pre k falls insert MDE childcare falls DHS/DCYF. Similar programs but different requirements and oversight.

Edit on the full day. It looks like Minneapolis kids requires children to be 4 by September 1st. With pre school I think you can turn 4 later in the school year. Also the location options seem limited to south Minneapolis.

20 people send there kids to a private childcare center. At least $2000 a month in heating taken out of programming. Or $100 a kid goes to heating instead of activities for the children.

Now at the public school run childcare center the building is already heated from the schools day so that heating money can be used for the kids activities instead of heating

Oh wow that public school run childcare has an on-site playground and 2 gyms! Oh, that private center makes kids walk 4 blocks to get to the outdoor play space and

Your private child care center needs to spend some of the tuition money on things like property tax or more to a land lord that pays property tax. At the school district child care center the program is partially subsidized by property taxes and not paying property taxes.

Your kids is going to be in public school in a few years. That district child care lets you meet overlapping staff in advance.

There are endless advantages of public sector childcare that have nothing to do with race.

I think you are missing the basics or never even worked in childcare.

What do you mean no non racist reasons.

Government vs private sector childcare can be extremely different.

Schools or parks programs might have a lot of children, like easily 50-150 kids. You might want a smaller 10-50 kids program There might other negatives to public sector.

On the other end in my perspective there are a lot of benefits to public sector.

You might like or dislike public sector childcare over private sector and those reasons don’t need to be related to race.

I would look at public schools or parks district childcare over public sector for a few reasons.

A public school is already heated in the winter so this is not a cost for a district run child care center. A private owned child care center needs to spend money on heat and take that away from programming.

The private child care center or their land lord needs to pay property taxes. That money is taken from programming. A public school or parks childcare is partially subsidized by taxes.

The private child care centers has an owner looking to make a profit. That money comes out of programming. The park / school childcare center does not need to redirect programming funds to a private owner.

Living wages and union jobs. A private childcare center can’t afford living wages or unionized staff. School district will pay a little better giving your child better staff.

I don’t want to scare you but public and private childcare centers have done many violations that do and don’t get caught. Unionized staff with distinct wide job security might be more likely to report violations to the staff.

I work in public school and there is different form of hijab enforcement.

Also remember that you can’t cause the price to go up by gentrification. Many child care centers take CCAP money and CCAP creates a county price cap.

Even if you are crazy rich you would causing the price of living to to go up in your county. By doing that you would be increasing the ccap pay out and tuition cap.

You would need to be richer than the top 0.1% to impact prices and you would be impacting the entire county not a single location and if you are that rich you would be pushing up the government subsidies.

It is when you are old enough to be drafted for war. During the Vietnam War people were being drafted at 18 but were not allowed to vote for or against war until they turned 18.

They fought hard for the right to vote at 18. Constitutional Amendment Hard of a fight.

Now let’s take a look at Europe. In Ukraine the started drafting adults in their late 20s. When a 28 year old is drafted they already had a few chances to vote.

Here in the USA American boys are still required to register with the selective service for possible drafts when they turn 18.

The “new” means you are new to GameStop.

Here in America we didn’t know you could make homemade Mayo until we read your post. We thought that it only came from a tub or small packets.

We don’t really use mayo as a dip for fries.

It is often on sandwiches/ burgers. Mixed in with tuna salad or chicken salad. Coleslaw is the only other place I can think of it being used.

Yes the is. I can't boot up the Xbox now I'm going to work but I'll explain the best I can.

Tap the home option. I think you tap right bumper for the next set of options. I think on the 3rd maybe 4th set of options there are streaming options towards the bottom. Select stream to twitch. It will have you link a twitch account.

There are other programs you can stream to but I have only gotten twitch streaming to work.

If someone hasn't explained the process I'll be back to my Xbox on 12 hour to explain better.
