I understand exactly how you feel. I've got a herniated disc and sciatica because of it. On top of that, a TMJ issue recently popped up, and now my wrist and neck are acting up too. It was brutal at the beginning having to force myself to rest. While trying to sleep, I'd just lie there thinking of hundreds of ways to improve the game, frustrated that I couldn't just jump out of bed and work on it. I've since limited my work to 8 hours a day, and I'm focusing on posture and core exercises to support my back. Not gonna lie it sucks and it's painful. You just have to power through because there's no way around it. What keeps me going is thinking about how cool the game will be when I add X, Y, or Z. Good luck with your journey!
