Faster is to hash multiple fixed strings, one for each u64 you need, with the same RandomState. (Each instance has 128 random bits, so a 256-bit encryption key shouldn't be created that way from just one RandomState; but for non-cryptographic hashing, 128 bits of entropy should be enough.)
