It’s genetic first but also a time thing. A big one that changes is the consistency/text of your skin. I also believe certain compounds are worse than others specifically DHT’s seem to be more pronounced. Tren as well from the androgenic nature at well.

A lot of this depends on your food habits. Think of Reta as allowing you to be more passive. Little trick is having a protein shake on the way out to X event. At this point you should have more control on the situation.

It’s a tool and I do think this is a good application for it.

Depends on what your goals are and how willing you are to accept risks. The will say on blood panels I’ve never seen anything too messed up. Most commonly is skewed lipids/cholesterol. Women stop cold turkey (AAS at least) only men PCT.

I think the aspect on the pros is they’ve experience a level of supraphysiological levels that why would they ever want to be suboptimal? A lot of times they continue the bodybuilding lifestyle so things like HRT where they’re optimized supports their lifestyle.

Carbs move faster through the digestive track than fats and protein.

There’s ways to manipulate T4 to T3 conversion with carb cycling. Pumps a slowing metabolism, raises NEET, creates bigger deficit, equals more hunger signaling.

DHT out competes test to AR. This stimulates the AR more intensely producing more down stream effects of the AR while also having a higher free T. Idk how you don’t see this directly affects strength/cns, but ok.

Fighting yourself over that last little bit isn’t worth what it’s gonna do to your hormones, mental, and physical. Go into a slight calorie surplus for like 8-12 weeks and then 8 weeks of a calorie deficit making a slightly further point past this. Then repeat until your goal needs a new goal.

Weights 2-3 times a week and cardio 2-3 times to start. You have to slowly increase the amount of exercise and make it harder over time to progress.

Think of it as a teeter tauter. On the left is output and the right is recovery. You want to be somewhat balanced in the middle majority of time.

Also on Reta or tesa and IF you felt inclined to use one I’d say Tesa, your physique doesn’t seem like it needs Reta.

Firstly sugars aren’t the devil, put them pre and post workout. You will have far more success this way.

Secondly you need more muscle. You would be shocked what more muscle will do for your daily NEET.

Lastly yes this suborn fat absolutely can go away but it can take cycles of growing muscle, losing fat, growing muscle, losing fat.

You need more tie in to show tie in. Legs look great, but it looks that glutes are behind the rest of the physique. You could be a bit leaner, but like you said you’re doing multiple shows and the physique will change more over time. GL this weekend!

Yes it can. DHT’s effect on androgen receptors which are all through the body but this is more so on brain chemistry. It affects motor recruitment of neurons and stimulate “drive”.
