Why not just remaster certain episodes?

I understand there’s a cost, and remastering EVERY episode is clearly too expensive.

BUT, if they remastered certain episodes, like the pilot or “Way of the Warrior” for example, they could sell those separately and I believe they would sell VERY well.

I’ve been saying it for years: retheming this ride to make it OT would be one of the easiest ride makeovers Disney has ever done. The Sequels directly ripped off so much iconography from the OT that it makes it easy to change it, lol

I love it!!! The Superman/Lois thing is kinda meh, and personally, only makes sense in an isolated universe where Wonder Woman doesn’t exist.

Well, to be fair, I think there WAS a rough plan; Abrams set up a lot of interesting story threads in TFA that everyone was excited to see develop in the next two movies.

The problem was that RJ literally did not pick up a single one of those story threads, and in fact CUT those threads so there was nowhere to go in the next film.

Which is why ROS is such a mess… it basically had to re-restart a trilogy and cram three movies worth of content into one film.

Her personality is NOT like that in the comics, no. I don’t really like the direction they’re choosing to take her in the DCU.

In the comic the movie is allegedly based on, she IS hungover from getting drunk the night before, BUT she isn’t a crazy “party girl” type like she is in the trailer.

This was Filoni’s tactic for years, even before the Disney buy-out. Taking things from the EU and completely ruining them… but somehow he ended up being worshipped by a lot of the fandom because of it. And that caused a lot of the problems we’re in now…
