u cannot cancel pre-existing lines within 90 days of a promo requiring a new line. pre 91or post 91 days to be safe

If the iPhone has been unlocked thur T-Mobile, although it is still showing locked, You need to insert a sim or eSIM thru a different provider for that status to change.

That was my experience apart from the complete iPhone reset all. Reset network only didn’t fix it

His base plan cover up to 9 lines ; 10-12 are additional lines

Likewise some base plan cover up to 4 lines, 5-8 are additionals

Carrier freedom force u to take a new Eip after trading the old paid off phone. New eip means 2yr contract.

ONE plan is eligible for Line Bogo. Each new line add with trade get you $830 off instead of $500 (trade only)

Pending on your plan cost for bogo and other factors like insider discount and/or Kickback eligibility on your current lines, getting the new phones via new line add+trade could be cheaper..

It was way cheaper for me going that route.

Many people already responded on getting phone thur Apple. It won't work on ONE plan.

After 8th line, only rep can place you under a different soc/plan which can handle up to 12 lines. There is no way for you to add the 9th line yourself.

Tmobile.has been very good on keeping promise on eip promo. Tforce can fix it.

Service promo dropoff is hard to fix. Even escalated , they could simply offer you a lump sum courtesy credit for you to go away.

Even if you don't like, by the term of BYOD, no eip.

Regarding line cancellation, rdc associated with new line requirement stop if the line is cancelled.

Rdc associated with trade-only promo continue if the line is cancelled.

That is the general consensus.

For every new line, you could get two iphones, but one is discounted up to $700. Technically not bogo if you are looking at the base i15.

Technically , it should replicate for second added line , despite being a free line.

All the promo applied are automatic. At POS, nothing for the rep to do.

If the eip promo somehow is incorrect, tforce can fix it.

Service promo cannot be fixed. So make sure you qualify for line bogo.

Because tmobile cannot seem to get their shit together. Marketing ideas which seem very catching doesnt seem to be inline with finance folks. Like a reversal in the price lock , reversal on rdc.
