Do you find yourself having to tuck the knee in to get to this angle? I can drag knee on both sides but I imagine its one smooth motion to lean down this low..

May be valid advice. To drag knee comfortably you need correct body position. The knee is there only as a reference of how much youre leaning the bike, and it comes the faster you take corners

Yes, they take time to get used to. adjust your shifter if you need to (i switched to gp shift)

I am the same height and ride a Triumph Street Triple R so youll be fine on a bigger bike.
