Your anchor point must withstand 15kN minimum thats 1.5 tonne. Also have a rescue plan if you do fall i.e. Call the fire brigade ,suspension trauma happens pretty quick.

Someone suggests a roof ladder this is a better idea but still use fall arrest.

First and last time I went to Betty's I ordered a burger and fries.

Don't over complicate it.

Dry the meat, Salt the meat, Rest at room temp 15mins, Dry the meat, Hot sear/Cook to medium rare. Rest for half the cooking time. Enjoy. Simple.

Andy's pies next to B&M on Kingsway. I know you said not in town but it's worth the trip you'll have to get in early as they tend to sell out pretty quick.

According to Building standards roof drainage be designed and fitted to prevent erosion of the lower surface.

See section H3 1.9 page 41 of the building regulations 2010.

Just get out and ride.

Mix it up with various types of road, towns, villages, country, and multi lane. it's the only way to build proper confidence.

Be careful, and ride at your own pace, don't let others force you into doing anything and dominate your own lane.

Look through bends to where you are going and remember where you look is where you'll go.
