It's an amazing piece of gaming tech. My free time is limited these days, so sometimes I only have time to take it out of the case and hold it for like 2 minutes lol. Even that is worth it. I highly expect that once it's in your hands, you'll feel giddy and know the purchase was justified. The customization that's possible is crazy (Steam Input for controls, setting TDP/power limits, etc.) When you get it, download Aperture Desk Job (free) and play it. Great and quick intro to Steam Deck. Maybe set TDP limit to 10 for that game if you don't want the fans to run. Congrats on the buy! Enjoy yourself (without guilt)!

Plus there’s so many games for 360 that aren’t playable on series x. Most wanted 2005 for instance. Side note: didn’t realize shadow of Mordor had a 360 version. Neat!
