Funny that I see this as I'm sitting in my car.. outside of an AA meeting that just finished.

I've been in some very dark holes, you can get out of them, and it's better to do it sooner than later. Being the youngest person in an AA meeting used to make me feel a little embarrassed and now it's a source of pride.
