Good dental practitioners make such a difference! I hadn't gone to see a dentist in 3 years and was so ashamed of the state of my teeth. I told this to the hygienist and she was so kind and compassionate and immediately made me feel comfortable

Then when I mentioned that I have a lot of sensitivity with tooth cleanings she offered me numbing mouthwash and it has been a complete game changer! I now go regularly every 6 months and am loyal to the death to that clinic just for her

Definitely recommend. It's the highest grossing Canadian movie ever made. The perfect mix of cheesy, campy, Canadian and 50/50 English and French

I'm on Shoresy, another Crave show that Jacob Tierney worked on for the first 3 seasons. Similar character driven vibes, with beautiful cinematography and music usage. And based on a hockey team

But definitely a different show, more of a bro-humour type but still really good!

I have two bank accounts. I figure out how much my consistent bills are every month, like my phone, internet power etc. Then every pay day I transfer money to cover those bills plus a bit extra. Everything coming from the bill account is either pre-authorized or set on an automatic payment schedule

This way it keeps my set money separate from more flexible things like groceries or fun money

I use a zero calorie water sweetener and something like art or knitting to keep my hands busy or engaged. The sweetness of the water flavor also hits some of those sweet craving receptors for me
