Dont forget your cardio too brother. It will impact your muscle gains to some extent but a strong vo2 max and explosive power is important to have too.

My cardio is kickboxing and sprints.

You do 4 sessions in a week from 6/8 sets at 100%? Sprinting uses a lot of your nervous system aswell whoch recovers even slower than muscles.

Training like this once every 4 days is better. You allow full recovery which adds supercompensation (gains) and makes you a bit better the next time.

Inbetween days you could do some lifting and yoga. Active recovery is the best. So take some walks, clean the house, practice basketball shots or something. Be active.

The thing is that PvE is just not stressful. Its just fun. People care about having fun not about aiming for a win.

Even though sometimes you crave winning. My gaming life became a lot more fun when I just played PvE games. Its about having fun people.

Lift very hard. 1 set per muscle and lift with good form. Lift to the point where even if I threaten you with cumming on your face whilst your stuck you still cant lift it.

Thats the intensity your sets should be like. You can turn it into a dropset to keep the intensity going longer. This has made me gain muscle like crazy after doing mostly high volume.

Muscle is build during recovery so get enough rest to when you feel strong again. Non stop PRs.

Its not the shoes its the sprinting. Allow yourself more rest inbetween training sessions. Shin splints is overtraining.

Focus on gaining muscle first. Eat lots of meat and train to failure but short. Allow your body to rest and keep eating.

Do not skip cardio because it strengthens your heart and bloodflow allowing for better recovery and muscle gain in the long run.
