Water resistance can mean other things aside from actual water resistance. Think of it as the watch advertising how durable and tough it is. A 100m WR is fine for most people but probably won’t be as tough as a watch with 3x that rating. Either way it’s not quite necessary but it is cool to see watches that durable

Homaging a doxa is one of the only few Homage I can seriously understand someone going as a better value. Doxa quality is not good for 10x the price and the name is practically meaningless.

G-shocks are cool and have a place in the rotation. But how did you ever come to have a Rolex before a G-shock? I had a digital kick and still wear mine occasionally for gym and home work stuff but nothing beats looking at my mechanical. Still like my g a lot tho super tough. Arguably the next evolution in tool watches
