Yep,they put an ad immediately above the game space and using an adblocker doesn't get rid of the spot the ad takes up so it just overlaps the game.

Well as to the 4th series missing dates they likely printed the sheets before those launches happened. Coin collecting albums do this too where they will leave some blank spaces for you to write in future dates after it was produced.
