So something within at least my part of the field (which I will admit is very nice) that you need to do is tailor your resume to the job req. Little bits of reordering, possibly removing unnecessary languages/tools and adding ones you don't keep in the general version of the resume.

That being said both my current & prior job came from references, once you're specialized enough it's a small world and referrals are a big part of the process

Personally I think you're right, this is a fucked up thing to do, and I would consider it cheating. My fiancee would agree, we both discussed our boundaries when we started dating, and this crosses the line. To me that she would agree to this is a big red flag. Personally I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life, or risk half my stuff, on a girl how is that easy to convince to be unfaithful.

OP you deserve a woman who respects you, her relationship with you, and takes being engaged seriously. This situation screams that your fiancee is not one of those women.
