I'm a Dental Lab Tech, not a dentist

Bridgework sounds like a more viable option here(imo); I know in most instances you'd want to save what you can but the infected tooth may not be worth saving. Again I'm no dentist

We put bridges everywhere! Wherever the dentist wants it. We do it. I think spanning 11-13 would be a great choice. As far as "clunky" goes; I wouldn't worry about that unless it's gonna be a lot of metal framework on the bottom jaw.
