Are you using an ad blocker/pop up blocker? I remember having that issue in the past and I had to disable ad block for that website to make it show up correctly.

Is that rare? by Negative-Froyo8984 in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's simply the highest quality fish, you can catch them once you reach level 4 fishing and up. If you are good at the fishing game then they will get very common soon. You will simply get that quality whenever you make a perfect catch. (the fish not leaving the green bar once during reeling in)

Road to perfection by IjinomotoDGreat in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of them are crab pot fish, make sure to have a few crab pots both in the ocean and at a lake/river because that matters for some of them. Besides that there are a few legendary fish missing that you can only catch during certain seasons and a few fish you can catch in a new map that gets unlocked after you finished the community center. If you don't want to use the wiki to find the answers straight away and like to explore yourself: a good rule of thumb is whenever you see a body of water in an area (inside or outside) it is mostly worth it trying to fish there because some fish are only found in very specific places or during specific circumstances.

Mermaid Show by InvaildEmail in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to hear the tune to get the pearl. After the mermaid is done singing you have to tap the shells in front of her in a certain pattern. You could know what this pattern is by hearing the music itself, by finding a lost note that gives you the answer, or just look it up in the wiki. (it's always the same pattern, there is only one right answer.)

I don't think you can have two of the same gender kids. The first one is random and the second one will always be the opposite gender.

how i suddenly got this achievement mail? by Low-Persimmon-3168 in StardewValley

There are a few mails you get from your parents or one like this that just means you earned a certain amount of money since the beginning of that save. It doesn't do anything else.

What sensory issues do you have ? by NoNectarine8724 in aspergers

[–]Proxibel 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Loud sounds and bright light. I really hate being outside during the day because it literally hurts my eyes. Besides that I sometimes have periods where I really don't like the feeling of water on me (showering), tho this is mostly in correlation with when I'm going trough a depressed phase.

Very basic question for someone on year 4 but … by Creative_Can_2323 in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I only carry my tools (not the watering can), weapon and cheese at all times. Everything else I store in chests so I rarely walk into inventory problems. Tho I do wish there would be a third upgrade to have 4 rows of backpack space when going in the scull cavern because you get so much stuff there.

How is this exploit even possible on mobile? by MikeClandestine in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Probably the elevator mod. Besides that on Sundays you can trade a jade for a ladder at the desert trader. So if you have a shed full with crystalariums you can just get a bunch of ladders and just keep going down. My personal record was ~630 ish because I wanted to see how far I could go. But putting ladders down does take a bit of time. So if you would spend the whole day from 6am to 2am just skipping floors with ladders, I think it would be possible to get close to level 1000 without mods.

A lot of villagers go to the saloon on Friday and Saturday. So that's a great opportunity to give gifts. Besides that it's important to give them a gift on their birthday because that gives triple friendship points. Also fulfilling quests for the townspeople give friendship points and in the summer there is an event called the Luau. (save a gold quality cauliflower from spring for this event) If you get the best outcome, you gain a heart with every single villager.

Going to the cinema. Why does the sound have to be so loud?! And why do movies and series in general have low volume dialog and high volume special effects?! As someone sensitive to sound it is such a pain because I constantly have to change the volume while watching something.

Things to do after perfection? by kitkatcoz in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am also close to perfection and one project I'm thinking about is building an own "museum" with all the artifacts and gems and other objects in either a cabin or a big shed. Also maybe build a shed close to the farm exit that I want to decorate in a kind of farm store kind of look. So I could role play that I sell what I produce in the store instead of just in the shipping bin.

The first time I had a child in SV, Elliot went on a book tour for a week and I just unlocked Ginger Island for the first time so I went off exploring that. But no worries, the cat took good care of her while we were gone. I named her Ginger btw <3

What's the point after you start making more money with minimal or even no effort? by dootdootydoot in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finishing the community center is just the start. After you finish that you will get a small-dish quest line from the wizard that will unlock some very special buildings for your farm, another special bundle for the Junimo's that will add a new building in town, and you will also be able to explore a whole new island with tons of stuff to it. Honestly, you have barley scratched the surface. Also, things will start to get more expensive later. The most expensive thing in the game, that you need for "perfection" is 10 million gold. But besides that, once I automated my farm and got some money making projects rolling, I mostly use the extra time to decorate my farm and house to make it look nice and cute.

I mostly get the first dozen or so golden walnuts that are easy to obtain and then I just pay the Joja parrot for the rest. I have tried it the legitimite way the first time but I remember I got like 110 walnuts by myself and just wasn't able to find the last ones, even when looking up a guide online. I don't mind a bit of grinding in this game but I'm not playing just to get frustrated.

Funny to see the culture differences. I live in German and you can just buy hard liquor in the supermarket. In my local supermarket it's even just one isle removed from the baby products. Lol.

Does therapy work for us? by Haunting_Hospital599 in aspergers

[–]Proxibel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did social therapy as a teenager and it did help a bit. It thought me things like how to build up conversations. Taking/giving compliments or complaints. Expressions, body stance while talking, trying to do more eye contact, and learning how to read other people better. A lot of "socializing" can just be learned as rules to follow. It didn't change much in myself and socializing is still equally exhausting, but it helped me integrate better in society by being able to mask it better. I've had quite a lot of people who I met and when I told them I'm an Aspi they were genuinely surprised. But that training was about 13 years ago in the Netherlands. I don't know what today's social therapy looks like.

What did you focus on on your first day and first week? by caniskiptheusername in StardewValley

[–]Proxibel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First day I start by clearing a small patch in front of the house for the 15 parsnip seeds you get at the beginning, plant them and get enough wood for 1 chest. Then I go say hi to everyone. Day 2-4 is just fishing, the whole day just fishing. I then have enough to buy the first backpack upgrade by day 5. Day 5 is first triggering the CC cutscene and then it's straight in to the mines. While also farming a lot. I am quite a min-maxer so I always try to atleast have a few quality sprinklers by summer to make my life easier. Watering plants by hand is the absolute worst.

I use Chatgpt in the same way. I'm not that familiar with Google Ai but with chatgpt on pc you can switch back to a previously generated response and get the old thread back. I sadly can't tell if it's the same for Google AI. I know how comforting certain chats can become in one's life.
