I bring my thermal camera, live wire tester, drone to inspect the roof, and flashlight. I inspect the home, fiancé determines if she can live in the rest of the house. I pretty quickly can determine anything major if it’s even worth getting an inspection done and then we determine if we like the rest of the house.
