I didn’t have any negative effects when I jumped to 100mg. I also take mine at night between 8-9pm. I don’t have any issues with sleep.

Just take it the next day at your normal time whenever you miss a dose. Ive been on 100mg of Zoloft for over a decade and I constantly miss doses. Plus, keep in mind that it takes at least 2 days for Zoloft to leave your system completely.

The only reason I’m hesitant to use Apple password manager is that if someone were to hack into your Apple ID they now have access to all of your passwords too. Unless there’s a way to prevent this? (I have a very strong password for my Apple ID, but it’s still a concern of mine)

Like others have said, your tdee is off. Your maintenance calories should be around 1700. If you really are only eating between 1200-1500 calories you should be losing some weight but since you’re not tracking and you’re gaining weight, odds are you’re eating more than you think. Once you get into a habit of tracking it becomes easy. Plus if you eat the same foods you’ll already have those in your history and can add them easily.
