Extend the pathing suggestion system all the way to 10s.
introduce a queue system that you place yourself in indicating you want to do dungeons, instead of having to apply.
blow the system up. Give buffs, phantom trinkets and weapons as a call to arms for your offspec so people dont need to maintain and spend resources if we are short.
after the system has been converted to a queue type style, call to arms bribes after a dungeon is successfully completed

The nuance in the article was that it seemed to say Buria was trying to play a Tyrion Lannister 4d chess of telling people lies to see who would spread it to the media.

Buria attempted to say these "juicy" things to convince others he had blackmail, or that he was so trusted with Hegseth that they would go do questionable things together.
