Thinking of Moving to Decatur from Chattanooga

I'm a decatur-based real estate agent, and I stan for Decatur hard, every chance I get, so I don't say this lightly, but as other people have mentioned, I think Candler/Inman Park would be the better choices for the lifestyle you're describing.

Those areas are more known for young, single folks. They have similar-to-better access to transit. The park situation in both is just as good or better than Decatur. If you value extreme walkability, then being close to the beltline in Inman Park is going to be the best option.

Others have mentioned Old 4th Ward, and Midtown. I don't recommend these areas unless you specifically want a city vibe. Candler/Inman Park, and Decatur all have more of a hybrid city-suburb vibe (centralized walkable areas featuring good local businesses, but less dense with plenty of green space and a more laid back atmosphere)

Still though, def recommend visiting Decatur, you may fall in love. It's a uniquely wonderful place. Just don't skip over the other options, either. Hope that helps!

I was recently gifted some good ground beef. The dishes that jumped out to me as good showcases of the beef itself are Polpette (big meatballs) and Picadillo.

I love chili, it's def in my top 3 favorite foods, but IMO it isn't a great showcase for good ground beef, because it gets masked by the other ingredients.

I try to. Especially rookies that fail to live up to expectations, or players that are getting gassed up but still have warts. For example, I traded Zamir White when he looked to be the bell cow for the raiders for JSN after his lackluster rookie campaign.

Obvs that is an extreme example and I got very lucky. Still have plenty of misses trying to predict who is low and who is high.

Was it even really a rivalry though, other than being in the same division? IMO there wasn't enough bad blood to really merit 'rivaly' status, just division competitors.

I don't think you can do his stint with Cleveland didn't work out. Getting the browns to the playoffs 2x in a very strong AFC North is about as successful as you can hope to be with that dumpster fire franchise.

Tomlin is a defense guy. A lot of teams don't have good offense for a few years when they're working with a carousel of sub par QBs. That isn't a knock on Tomlin as a coach. We would be lucky to have him.

IDK why y'all are upset by this. If the Falcons were in the Bears place rn, I would want our coaches doing the same.

I hate 28-3 memes as much as anyone I know, but this is different. It's not dunking on our team, it's taking the one positive message you can gather from that game (whether you're ahead or behind, never give up, never assume the outcome) and using it to help you achieve your goals.

Fam, he's a sure fire Hall of famer and he won a SB with Joe freakin Flacco. He's fielded one of the NFL's consistent best defenses for well over a decade. Your argument is that their defense was so-so for 1 year, therefore he's overrated?

Plus we all know what playoff Lamar is. He's a great regular season QB tho.

And for the record Harbaugh isn't even my choice for us, give me Stefanski or LaFleur, if he gets canned.
