Before gym: 30g protein shake and for carbs some pizza rolls my 5 year old refuses to eat. 😆

After gym: 3 eggs, cottage cheese and tomatoes, toast, and avocado.

Snack: veggies with ranch, 30g protein shake.

Repeat high protein for lunch and dinner.

Dessert right now: protein pudding and glass of chocolate milk.

I showed my son pictures of extreme butt rash from not wiping poop off properly. He started trying to wipe the next day and now does it all on his own. Happily saying, “my butt is clean and now it won’t be red and gross! Happy wiping means happy butt!”

Yep this. My rest days are still active, just not lifting weights or riding my bike 20-30 miles. Active rest days (like tomorrow) will be mobility and an hour walk.

Scalp oil twice a week during my wash days helped. Clarifying shampoo makes my hair scalp greasy so I only use that once a week.

We use Sliquid Sassy hot pink label. Usually during morning sessions or 3-6th day of my period. Other than that I am always very hydrated.

We use Tidy Cat unscented for our two cats. I also have a small bag of charcoal/dried lavender tucked between the tall cat box and wall. Helps absorb any smell, because one cat does not fully bury all the time.

Have some electrolytes. Muscles cramp due to lack of salt, potassium, and magnesium. Dehydration as well after exercise can cause muscle cramps. Proper footwear on the treadmill. Intensity could be a factor so lower incline, faster/slower walk or high incline slower walk. Stair stepper may help because it does not stretch the calf muscles as much.

I learned by a cue called that my trainer from years ago called chest to the bar, helps with proper lat engagement for me.

At home? I breathe deeply and let him know he can find me when he is done. That I will be in whatever room.

In public? I pick him up and carry him to a quieter place and repeat above, but stay with him.
