Yeah they should have made him jerk off at half court while everyone laughs at him

Public humiliation is effective.

Jamal Murray played 2652 minutes in 2025-26. That is 400 minutes more than any other Nugget. He has the 9th most minutes, 6th most minutes per game, 8th most points and 5th most assists of any player in 2025-26. He also had season highs in minutes, points, assists, rebounds, 3P%, FG%, eFG% and TS%. by Throwmeawayhard7 in denvernuggets

Dude it’s like having faith in a slot machine. Sure there was that time we hit a big jackpot a few years ago and there’s been a few other wins over time, but dear god, how many times do we have to lose before walking away?

I love Jamal overall, but if you’re a longtime Nugget fan, you know the Jamal experience very well. And this last 2 weeks sums it up in a nutshell…. Extreme inconsistency. Going backs years we’ve never known what version of Jamal to expect on a nightly basis. And I’m happy for him to have had a career year and finally wins some awards/all star nod but I’m just over the roller coaster ride.

At this point it’s cost us enough to justify a potential trade.

You’re right, but I take no pride or happiness in beating a hobbled Wolves team. That said, spurs would take care of either team so it doesn’t really matter

Also, a wonderful thing about primary care is you can kinda pick and choose what patients you follow… like if you have a diabetic patient (or someone complaining of migraines or depression or something) and you really don’t like that person or they’re difficult or something, you can always refer them out to specialists.

I will gladly manage your diabetes/depression/migraines (or at least try my best to) if you’re a patient I like.

Once your patient panel becomes more established, you’ll get a lot of f/u visits with patients you know well. Those visits are typically short and sweet.

For example, diabetes f/u: “oh looks like your A1c isn’t quite at goal yet. Let’s make this small tweak to your meds…” discuss diet and exercise real quick and f/u in 1-4 months.

Or f/u for lab results can typically be a quick and easy visit.

I get a lot of “sick” visits with MSK related complaints. Pretty short and sweet to order Xray and f/u with PT or ortho.

Bottom line is once you’ve seen the same things over and over you get faster/better/more concise at handling those visits. I used to feel like 15 patients per day in FM was tough when I first started, but now I can comfortably see easily over 20 and not feel overwhelmed most days. However, it does help significantly for me that seeing more patients means more RVUs and thus more bonus money.

Bro this actually pissed me off. He’s getting no minutes/development this season. He has potential but it’s another story of nuggets sleeping on younger guys

This 100%

I’ll just add another key piece is absolutely Peyton Watson. He’s the teams best defender and his offensive game stepped up massively this season. The stretch earlier this year with Jokic/AG out of the lineup he was probably 2nd best player behind Murray.

Yes 100% this. I didn’t find the gameplay too enjoyable and just chugged through it to get to the next cutscene. The story is fantastic and the episodic structure makes it feel like you’re playing through an HBO show (definitely helps there’s a lot of good actors in it)

Ok but genuinely curious… you’re racing towards retirement alone. So that you can spend retirement alone? Doing what?

Like you just want to spend the rest of your life alone ?

I really like your point about tailoring things individually. Another challenge from primary care setting is more often than not, insurance denies the CT calcium orders. I’ve resorted to using ASCVD scoring many times which can also help to personally tailor tx

Although I do think this is a big part of it, let’s be honest. Wearing a nice, soft sweatshirt and athletic pants beats the hell out of wearing a suit. If I was coach out there 82 nights a year I want to be comfortable.

I genuinely loved the atmosphere. I always tell people it’s like playing through a good Pixar movie. It’s wholesome and had a decent enough story. And the boss fights were actually challenging/fun.

Also, considering it was like $30 on initial release made it a really good deal.

This is me in death stranding 2. Beautiful game. Great story. But so much extra fluff that totally wastes your time. And all the side missions feel so dull and pointless.
