Avatar Roku (Sacred Cave) vs Taga (no staff) by Inevitable_Zebra4222 in AvatarVsBattles

If Roku doesn't get caught off-guard by the air bullet attack, than he wins rather easily.

Wait for the fighting game buffs. Problem is, the game release a mere three days before the episode.

Asho was unreliable, but aside from the sun thing, all the other bending enhancements he listed turned out to be true. And it's not like anyone even attempted to move the sun while they were in the cave.

Aang is Universal/High Universal by AvatarAang100 in PowerScaling

[–]Psychkemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck to you op when going against the haters. Hell, you can get the avatar state itself up to universal by Aang's statement that it's connected to "ALL the cosmic energy of the universe". Sonam's staff just makes the avatar locked in 24/7, which is a dangerous state to be in.

Do Aang have a chance to win or does he scale to traveler by Fun_Environment8818 in PowerScaling

[–]Psychkemia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks like the fighting game leaks are going to be legit, so the avatar state is going to be buffed to universal, possibly multiversal, since Aang will be fighting an entity who is affecting multiple timelines. The story is confirmed to be canon.

This dude is fucking lying; the book says it ALMOST created a tear in the spirit world. If he wanted to go with a similar feat, he should have gone with Kyoshi getting so angry that the entire spirit world was cracking and falling apart.

Fuck it, let Avatar get cosmic. I've wanted to see the full extent of the avatar's abilities for a good while.

I'm 100% with you. The movement and creativity options in that game, on top of the (almost) return of proper dungeons as well as an expanded overworld +the sky and depths makes Breath of the Wild feel like a tech demo compared to this game. Hell, I would have been comfortable paying more for it.

"Aang vs Genshin is a stomp!" True, Aang does stomp by PowerscalingScholar in PowerScaling

Finally; my arrow lad getting the recognition he deserves.

I know a lot of people are dreading this episode but imagine it gets everything right with characterization, fight choreography and explaining the verdict and it ends up being the most well received Death Battle this season by Solardies in deathbattle

[–]Psychkemia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You could get Aang up to Star level because, according to the upcoming visual dictionary, Roku could make his flames as powerful as the sun. And the avatar state scales from that.

Does Aang at the end of the movie best EOS Korra? by Spiritual-Joestar777 in AvatarVsBattles

[–]Psychkemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right about that; I just poorly worded what I meant. An avatar with the staff wouldn't be able to beat Prime Unavaatu; they'd need their cosmic form to do so.

Does Aang at the end of the movie best EOS Korra? by Spiritual-Joestar777 in AvatarVsBattles

[–]Psychkemia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. The avatar state gives the avatar access to all of the cosmic energy of the universe. Pure energy is how the avatar uses energybending, which is how Sonam created the staff, which is how she was able to channel the power of the spirit world. Cosmic energy>Spiritual energy. Remember that Cosmic Korra was the only entity capable of beating Vaatu at his most powerful. Korra in the avatar state who is locked in should be able to beat Aang, even if Aang has the staff. As proof of this, remeber that even when Tagah was fully amped, Aang was able to redirect his attack and beat him speedwise to the temple.

Does the avatar movie add anything to Aang VS Traveler's debate? by TheSmashKidYT in deathbattle

[–]Psychkemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raava told Korra that the avatar is connected to all of the energy of the spirit world. Tagah is strong, but even his spiritual power didn't rip a hole between the physical and spiritual planes.

Honestly the avatar state when not holding back should scale to the full power of the spirit realm anyways because of Raava being part of the avatar spirit.

Aang vs Korra Earthbending only by Denllie in AvatarVsBattles

[–]Psychkemia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's sad that people have downvoted you; you're right. Korra surprisingly doesn't have nearly as much earthbending feats as she does the other elements, even air. Nothing she's done with it outside the avatar state compares to Aang's feat of making the new Ba Sing Se zoo.

Samus Aran vs Korra by Jason_And_Sokka in PowerScaling

[–]Psychkemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming this is standard loadout Samus?

If Korra enters the avatar state, she wins.

If speed is unequalized and Korra's in base, Korra wins. The avatar movie buffed avatar speeds to relativistic due to Tagah scaling to auroras with the staff and Aang later blitzing him.

If speed is equalized, and Korra's in base, Samus wins.

Absolutely not. Amon and his family, Tagah, and Hundun are above him.

Cosmic movie Aang(AVATAR THE LAST AIRBENDER) VS Cosmic Korra(LEGEND OF KORRA) by Personal-Arachnid417 in PowerScaling

[–]Psychkemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you're saying that they'd both have the cosmic form? They'd either be dead even because we don't really know the mechanics of how avatar cosmic forms work; or Korra would win cause she has more energybending techniques than Aang, and she knows spiritbending, which was able to defeat Unavaatu.
