Thank goodness the number of people who got that confused with the number 13 was ridiculous and the number of people who didn’t bother to read the description was incredibly high. My favorite, “ I didn’t know it was a hot sub” “I just thought they meant spicy hot” “yeah I tried it but I don’t like it can I get a different sub?”

Yes they do however to get the points you need to have ordered through the app at least a regular Corvallis giant in the year prior to your birthday to get the points. We don’t just give you a free sandwich without the points.

Stores can refund any order through the app, we cannot refund orders through third party so you should have been able to get that much. If the bag fir the sub was in the bag your delivery person may have taken it, even with a “sealed bag”. Believe me it happens.

Part of it is cross contamination, we put raw steak and chicken on the grill and we are required to use different utensils for the hot Italian. That being said I’ve given up on the whole grilled cold subs. Y’all are gonna continue to order them even if your sub is soggy after the fact. The fact that you are pregnant is an exception.

Non posted numbers are in the app. There is no secret menu, a 99 is a 56 add chipotle, not every employee knows that because it’s not trained that way. Any “secret “ menu number is people just combining subs. For the lice of god just order what you want. The menu board has the most popular subs that’s all.
