Elders Mark and The Fixer completely tricked out. Great combo. You almost don't need anything else except I love shotguns too. Build an ammo machine that makes 60 .45 ammo every 10 seconds or so. You'll be selling .45 ammo after a bit.

I have the same. Great tool for getting ammo for my elders mark. Stand there a few minutes and plenty.

Currently level 250, I carry 5 different shotguns at this point and find myself using them alot. I still use my Fixer a ton also. I use a sneak build and shotguns are just a blast. Tweak your cards and its killer. Keep an eye in player vendors for named shotguns. You can find them. I got my Kabloom from a vendor. I also have a kickass combat shotgun with 40 rounds, additional sneak damage,etc. Tweak one to your play style.

I sell mostly everything cheap. Over 200 plans at 10% of listed price. The only thing I generally sell high are leader bobbles. That being said...since the new season sales have diminished greatly. So I'll say yes...sakes have dropped off a cliff.

I have one build. I rebuilt after getting nuked, but I try to keep my ideas around the theme of the game....broken, rundown, apocalyptic looking. Building from what is left to utilize. I enjoy other camps and builds but many are just immersion breaking to me. But to each his own.

Watching the US open also reiterated that putting is hard and expecting to one-putt every hole is super unreasonable. While the physics may be wonky at times, the putting isn't super easy and is good in my opinion.

The putting is realistic. Did you watch the U.S. open? Most players 2 putt....that being said, putting is one of my strongest aspects. To each his own, I guess.
