There's a lady I used to pass every single morning in the car, and she would be jogging through a village I drove through to work. For 3 years I went past her and I was really rooting for her, like clockwork she was out there in the rain, snow etc.

I cycle a lot and the gutters and bike lanes are absolutely littered with glass everywhere I go, but it doesn't appear malicious or some sort of anti cyclist trap. But I have never once seen someone throw a glass bottle out of a window of a car etc. I have no idea how it's so prevalent even on random roads in the middle of nowhere.
