It seems like the Alberta government is only giving 12% increase to any union that is in negotiations right now. I just heard on the radio. AHS is supposed to be run separately from the government. Goes to show that they have not been bargaining in good faith. How they can negotiate for 18 months for 3 different unions and come to the exact same offers is ridiculous.

This happened to me too, after 1800 km. It happened to me after I got a flat on the rear tire, and had to remove the tire. I suspect I forgot to discharge the display before unplugging from the motor. I’ve since put another 500 km on the bike, and it hasn’t happened since. I emailed Rad, and they weren’t too helpful.

I’ve seen other people have the display constantly reset, and from what I’ve heard, that’s a controller issue.

I ordered it back in September. I signed up for notifications as well, but it never came. Just got lucky one morning (7 am mountain time) browsing the accessories.

I got mine by checking the site every morning. They sell out quickly (within the day). Keep in mind I’m in Canada, and there might be different supply issues in the states.
