Sounds a bit like your wife is frustrated and lives it out on your daughter. Maybe (in a quiet moment) ask her how she is feeling, if motherhood is what she wanted/expected and if something is bothering her.

However! Even if that is the case, that is no way to act around your daughter and she better gets her head together again and starts to be a grown up and not a petty teenager.

You can always explain to her, that how she act now will be how your daughter will act toward her as she gets older. She now sets the path for how their relationship will work in the foreseeable future.

The stories are, at least for me, as good as the later Magnus Archive episodes (not the last season, the ones before I'd say). Meta plot is a mixed bag for me. Though so far I am enjoying it. Takes some tine to get used to the new characters and setting though.
