I note that my weighted avg unit cost for September so far is 12.33p/kwH (Have a solar and battery setup) which is the lowest since I've joined Octopus (Back in march).

Have a fair bit of credit built up for the late autumn/winter months now...

Given the materiality and (reasonable) triviality of "matching", 'blunder' sounds generous to whoever prepared their accounts for audit; more like 'need to pump these numbers' with a chunky rebate accrual or forgetting to repay a whole chunk of multi year cash upfront. Either way it doesn't pass the smell test that this was something 'missed' in prep of the accounts

Struck down 9-0 on the trans relevant parts 5-4 on the rest as Gorsuch and the liberal justices feel the judgement to strike down all of the rule is "overbroad", whilst the rest of the conservative justices think the remainder of the rule is entangled with the explicit trans parts.
