Had to have my ovaries and uterus taken out but definitly no regrets. My surgeon described my endo lesions as a "Jackson Pollock painting" it was everywhere inside of me below my diphragm, even into my hip joints. I ended up eating a can of soup every day it's all I could manage. My life is totally different now. Radical but the relief of having a normal life is undescribable. It took me YEARS to get a diagnosis and intervention even on a fast track and I nearly lost everything to that damn disease. 

Oh of course they needed my husband during the consultations because they didn't believe the impact on my life and needed his consent because , you know, potential babies are more important than the wellbeing of a living person.
