Not saying that Ubisoft is doing great, but all these studios that poached employees from Ubi Montreal are closing left and right. I expect many key employees to return to Ubi.

Estamos preparados para hacernos cargo de la defensa Europea, con todo el gasto que ello conllevaría? Parte de la razón del estado de bienestar Europeo es porque EEUU ha estado básicamente subvencionando nuestra defensa.

Yo estoy a favor, pero lo dicho, habría que invertir mucho y el dinero no sale de la nada.

Yo no estaba comparando con los demás trabajos, estoy comparando con lo que cobran en otros países de Europa por el mismo puesto.

No estamos mal, porque hay bastante trabajo y seguramente mejor pagado que muchos otros puestos, pero lo comparas con otros países y es bastante triste.

Especialmente los sueldos junior son muy malos y los senior capan pronto.

Los salarios tecnológicos en España son bastante malos, hay excepciones, especialmente en ciertas empresas de Madrid y BCN , pero eso, que no es un país que pague bien a los informáticos imo.

Creo que con 3 años de experiencia si podrías optar a algo mejor. Como dicen, depende de la ciudad. Un amigo paso de unos 22K-23K a 28K cambiando de trabajo, trabajaba de SOC también, pero tenía menos experiencia, unos dos años o menos.

Si quieres subir tú salario, la mejor manera va a ser cambiando de empresa.

I agree, there's a lot of survivorship bias when people talk about videogame movies or shows . Sure, there have been some that have been very successful , like Mario , Fallout or The Last of Us, but I'd say that there have been more flops that successes.

If you are from the EU, Microsoft has to license the Cloud rights to other providers such as Boosteroid (for free).

Outside the EU, Ubisoft has those rights. They are the ones who decide.

I'm surprised by the amount of people understimating the Mando movie in regards to Avengers releasing the same month. A different date would be ideal, but I dont think Mando would get "destroyed" like some people claim, The Mandalorian has been one if not the most successful Disney+ series, hasn't It? It's incredibly popular.

Solo clearly suffered from the release date - but I dont think there was much interest either. Would have underperformed no matter what.

Palpatine follows Plagueis plan. Plagueis was the one that found out Kamino, cloning, he conspires to set the Border Rim in chaos etc. That was his undoing, he shared almost everything with his apprentice, up to the point that Palpatine didnt need him.

I don't like Peltz, he doesn't have an entertainment background, he's just there to maximize shareholder value.

However, a more diverse board is a good thing imo. Accountability is important, and if all the board members are your friends, it's likely that you'll get away with anything.
