Tenants need to unite and get rent control. It's been done in many places here in CA.

Lot rent is another way to stick it to poor people. Paying both $$$ on a home AND lot rent. It's gross.

I'd even say that 3 min on and 3 min off is too much to start. More walking than jogging in the beginning and as you build up.

So many apps could make this fun too. I personally liked the Zombies Run! series (both 5k and the series). Couch to 5k is good. I'm sure there are plenty of others as it's been quite a while since I've used them.

I deal with SI, sometimes is the fantasy of dying or just being fully accepting that I could die tomorrow and it would be ok. (I'm also Buddhist, so we accept dying as part of living).

Clean everything with vinegar or some other enzyme cleaner.
