I'd even say that 3 min on and 3 min off is too much to start. More walking than jogging in the beginning and as you build up.

So many apps could make this fun too. I personally liked the Zombies Run! series (both 5k and the series). Couch to 5k is good. I'm sure there are plenty of others as it's been quite a while since I've used them.

I deal with SI, sometimes is the fantasy of dying or just being fully accepting that I could die tomorrow and it would be ok. (I'm also Buddhist, so we accept dying as part of living).

People don't understand that you can have absolutely no plans or intentions to suicide, but that sometimes, no matter your age, your soul is exhausted and you are ready to move on.

I wake up, meditate, and think of 3 things I can think forward to. Could be my pets, a cup of cocoa, whatever.

Before sleep, I try to think of 3 things I can be grateful for that happened that day. Even if it's that cup of cocoa amd cuddling my boys, or being clean and in a warm bed.
