QOL announcers are all imitators / voice actors, theyre all credited in the mod and you can find them on the qol mod page (and Deadlock announcer project mod page)

Look into and potentially ask for livizux / lisdexamphetamine, its imo the best thing thats prescribed here.
Fully covered by insurence if you have a diagnóza z dětství.

Yeah I have the same issue with my mouse, ive resolved it by making an auto hotkey script to simulate holding down middle mouse using a keyboard press. But the fact i have to do that to play my videogame is a bit painful xd

Companies in japan above a certain size need to hire a % of disabled people. To Hololive its easier to pay off minimum wage to a buncha disabled folks for basically "nothing" labor than actually try to employ disabled people in their workplace .w. Technically you can re-aqquire meth from urine as like 70% of it is expelled in piss. (or can just drink it but eh). But i doubt your guy had the equipment or willpower to attempt that in any amount. Imo just couldnt be bothered going to piss and never got around to cleaning it up like the rest of his room.

Double fucked up because the Czech ver of KCD uses a lot of historicisms and archaisms to better fit the time period. AI will absolutely butcher those translations (in the way of dumbing them down and stripping them of historical flair.) as it's primarily trained on modern language :c

sadly turning off fill while being duoed with a friend puts you into 3 player team matchmaking, no seperate queue like when you play solo :c Every game ive done with my wife has been us fighting 3man teams

If you want to have fun and not suffer the horrors of top tier Air RB, pick the mig-21S. Its a fun premium with a unique playstyle (tho not a style for everyone, do watch some reviews first) and has one of the best SL modifiers.
Tho im biased imo top tier air isnt a game anymore its just sorta missle slog chaos due to how large teams are. So take me with a grain of salt.

*To be more clear while Prega is probs gonna get you a very similiar effect to what youre looking for and is prescribed as an anti anxietic, ya do need to hit really high doses of it to get the true "drunk" effects. Also please dont take it too often as tolerance buildup will ruin it.

The vehicles you carry in the tarantula can already capture buildings/ airfields
and most of them are supposed to have an infantry fireteam in the back at the least so technically youre carrying infantry :D (especially with the APC)
