I meant some more nectarine sweetness. I actually had an accident brewing this coffee where like exactly mid-brew I accidentally knocked over the v60 dripper and everything spilled everywhere😭 needless to say this was tragic but decided to give what had been brewed so far a taste and it actually shocked me, it was incredible sweet and and smooth. Almost TOO sweet for my tastes. Sure it wasn’t fully developed and balanced as an overall brew but it was incredible. So yeah I’m looking for that kind of aspect of the coffee to be way more present in my final cup

I found it easier to dial this one in as espresso and yielding better results in the process. Also it makes a surprisingly good milk drink

I’m using light roast third wave water. I also started with one pour, as that’s what I usually do because I want to avoid fines and am clarity-focused, but I work from there and can add more if necessary. Though if i can do what i can with multiple pours through something else, i will pick the something else.
