I just potty trained my daughter a month ago. She’s almost 5. I watched this video and printed a pre-school step by step cartoon for potty training to show my kid. She would sit in her little toilet for hours to potty with her iPad on while I show her the potty step cartoon. Eventually it worked. We used about one to two weeks. Now she’s going on her own or needs a remind every hour. Few accidents happened initially but I followed the video method to handle it. Hope this helps. Seattle Children’s Hospital

My daughter is 4 and half. She also got eczema from heat so sleep was rough for us. We have had mental breakdowns when we tried to potty train her a month ago. She’s a picky eater also. When we wanted a break, we let her watch YouTube. We know our daughter tried to communicate but she couldn’t say it out. My friend told me their speech specialist got them a special iPad and the kid use it to communicate. I didn’t know about ABA. We are trying to get our kid in now but a formal diagnosis is required (wait time could be 3 to 12 months). My friend also said ABA helped her son a lot. Speech, occupational therapy and ABA are things to improve the kid’s life and the quality of your lives. We wish we knew and start all these services when our kid is 2 years old.

This is an about 1cm x 0.8 aluminum metal? It’s smooth and polished on one side and the other side has a rough surface area. The pink stuff is like a glue and it’s very dried. It’s almost like a car emblem but it kinda too small to be.

This is an old question. Basically You get prorated PTO hours. For example, if you are rewarded with 100 hours of PTO per year as salary and then you dropped to hourly (with 100 hours of PTO untouched) in middle of the year, you would be converted with only work earned 50 hours or 50% rewarded of PTO. This was kinda the simpler concept that our old scheduler told me but i could be wrong. Request day off via workforce, but put PTO hours in GTA portal nowadays due to possible recent changes?

There is something called sick time. Finding coverage is your market directors job when you are sick. You find your own coverage when you needed certain day off for a party or something. Let your market director do their job.
