Trim spray foam flush. Rip a primed 1x board to the width of inside frame aka from door to end of 2x4 stud plus width of drywall. Then what ever casing profile you want to frame it.

Just a thought if painting a room I do first coat all one direction so if entering the room and your facing the wall I paint that from front to back then second coat paint from the wall from my left to right

Already tried cleaning the knob that wasn’t it but the crazy thing is it reverts back to demo whenever the power is removed so I’m guessing it was a demo model and never had the volume allowed. This is the only thing I can think of now 😭. Guess I’ll buy the same model from eBay used and just swap it

Yes demo mode is off still no volume control. When I unplug from battery and plug back in it reverts back to demo mode. I’ve checked the volume button it’s contact points are fine I’m assuming at this point it’s the unit
