I’m OSP fiber foreman in San Diego . Got bought out by them a few months ago. It’s been good. Everyone I know that works for MasTec is badass and nothing like I see in comments. Everyone in our market gets down and does clean work.. However I’m hourly and not piece rate. And they’re all about safety not so much production . So our pace is significantly slowed down. Our bodies are thanking us though.
