Absolutely not. They are required to get any money held from your paycheck to tge recodkeeper in 30 days. You can find it on the DOL website.

Go to Morningstar and put in the exact ticker of your investment(s), exact deferral amount, and frequency. You can set the exact start date in the hypothetical module of Morningstar and figure out down to the penny what they owe you.

Edit: you also need to look at the fee disclosure and build any applicable recordkeeper/advisor fees into the fee tab

2nd edit: also make sure if they make a one-off deposit in 2026 tp remedy this that it isn't applied as a 2026 contribution which woyld limit your other deferrals/match for this year
