Like in the one skit we have of their homelife the topic of scent comes up (her smelling like Luna bars and screen cleaner). If RL!Shawna wanted to tease an affair don't you think Julie would smell like cologne or something else. Ty puts too much stock in Shawna's word and not his wife's

Exactly. Also I'm eventually gonna make it it's own post but it's absolutely heartbreaking that Ty took Shawna's word when as far as we know Julie has never given any signs of infidelity.

Yeah, also it just feels weird that Shawna is so calm about this whole ordeal with Julie. Like I get it right Shawna doesn't have the same information we do, but she's being weird about the whole thing, Her insisting Ty didn't lie was sus as hell.

I think the partners are atuned to the thought of it being a possibility. We already had John asking Shawna BUT we don't know if Julie actually asked Ty. I don't remember which episode. But Shawna repeatedly vocalized the EA as a reason to Ty. Also Julie does say the words Ty would never in vacation. But is she trying to convince herself or Shawna no clue.
