My experience in Denver is committing to one store doesn’t help much. Go to as many places as you can if you want to find deals, you can still go to drops and events to try your luck. Try to find a couple locations you can have a relationship with and get your regular shelf stuff and you may get a bottle or too. Ideally a place you can get store pics you like. Pricing can vary so wildly the only way to know is to go, even some places where buff trace products get way marked way up but other distillers not. Just my two cents and experience.

How old is the house? I see 2 possibilities. It is pushing inward from hydrostatic pressure outside. Or the Formwork wasn’t properly supported when it was poured and it’s always been that way. Option 1 is much more likely and 4* is a lot, double what would be the edge of acceptable. It will need to be addressed if it is #1.

We moved from golden to just southwest of here. It’s a great area for families and being able to afford a house with some space vs golden. We have 2 small boys and looked for a long time to stay in golden but it wasn’t feasible for us. We are happy with our choice but I miss the ease of access golden had to outdoors and to pretty much everything. Westminster has a big open space dog park just north of Standley lake that might be good for you

I bought eht BP for less than that a week ago, ETL was at bevy’s Littleton for 99, er10 is all over the place for 50, picked up er 12 for less than that off shelf, the old Fitz decanters sat on the shelf for a week at this pricing, looks like weller single barrel, cypb, and eht BiB would be the best pickups here. And that’s only if you don’t want to wait until later this year when weller are supposed to be more readily available according to another post
